During his tenure at Paul Hastings, that firm was ranked by American Lawyer as the best employment law practice in America.
Since founding The Graves Firm, Allen has worked exclusively in employment law, with a focus on large scale class action litigation and executive severance negotiations. His years of experience at Paul Hastings gave him valuable insight into the strategies used by employers in these cases. That insight benefits the workers and former employees he now represents.
With experience representing both the nation’s largest corporations and individual plaintiffs, Allen lectures regularly to both legal consumers and attorneys on a variety of topics including internal investigations of discrimination claims, the use of statistical analysis in employment law claims, and general employment law.
