Jacqueline Treu practices in all areas of employment law and has handled a variety of matters including wage and hour class actions, executive severance negotiations, and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. She has practiced before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Labor Commissioner, and state and federal courts in California and Washington. Jacqueline has also represented clients before the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining The Graves Firm, Jacqueline was an associate with Troutman Sanders LLP and advocated for a broad range of clients, including individuals, multinational corporations, and public entities, in employment and other types of disputes.
Jacqueline graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego, where she was a member of the San Diego Law Review. She is a member of the Order of the Coif, an honor conferred upon law school graduates in the top ten percent of their graduating class. Jacqueline earned her undergraduate degree in Studies in Management and Organization from the University of California, Berkeley.
